YAY FOR SAM'S FUN STORYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ladeda i'm bored are you abored? i am boreeeeed wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee pretty picture bye
Nice. I liked it, though I don't think hollowpoint bullets can expand to 18mm. You're going with my 9mm subsonic suggestion, right? 'Cause .45 hollowpoints might be able to (.45in = 11.4mm), but 100% expansion from any sort of handgun-sized caliber strikes me as highly unlikely. Also, there is no way known to mankind to fit a shotgun in a purse. Even a sawed-off double-barreld shotgun is at least 8 inches long. You could definitely hide one of those under a coat, but not in a purse.
But enough of my technical nit-pickyness. This is getting really good! I can't wait to read what happens next!
You do know that, according to federal law, you must be at least 21 to purchase a handgun, right?
and btw jedi_raptor, there are definatley purses that could fit a handgun, especially if you put it in the purse with the little hole thingy that the bullet comes out of facing the bottom of the purse.
OH! another idea for a postly contest. You could post pictures of places in your house, and we would have to guess where they are. Winner gets a free post.
FYI: it's not "the newsies" it's just "newsies" and that is the only impact i will have on the musical. except maybe going to see it. oh, and nice story sam. except it's kind of freaking me out to think that the VOA has a gun. also, that andrew knows so much about guns.
Dramatic irony, yes? Very effective. Good boy. This is really good. It's also a little disturbing- but in the good way, cause I guess you're trying to be disturbing. Nice prose, the way it's so *factual* adds creepiness to the story.

Yes, ali, you could store a handgun in a purse. However, sam states that the woman put a shotgun in her purse. There's a big difference.
And as to why I know so much about guns, check my blog, specifically the post entitled "'how does jedi_raptor know so much about guns'-ali"

eh, it's not just you jon. i see your point, though it would sound ok, and more correct, should you say "being in newsies".
