"Don't Mess Up"

New chapter of Malachi is out. Also, if you could direct your attention to the sidebar, the new menu option "links" provides links (imagine that) to my stuff, so just go there.

And I changed the footer, as well as the little paragraph of text in the sidebar.

**EDIT** I won't be on much, we don't have great internet connections.

in regards to your comment on my story:

it was SUPPOSED to be creepy. I was in a sort of nihilistic mood when i wrote that, so I was like "I could have her go home like a normal person."

"Or I could have her wander around like a creepy hoboe."

"..."

"YEAH!!"

Okay ali, from your comment, even though I haven't read your story and it may be nihilistic, nihilistic does not mean what you did. The root is nihil which means nothing in latin. So if you story was sit on couch for the entire story that would be nihilistic. Now as I said, I have not read your story, so it may be nihilistic, but your comment about your mood and what you had the character do does not sound it.

Nihilism:
–noun
1. total rejection of established laws and institutions.
2. anarchy, terrorism, or other revolutionary activity.
3. total and absolute destructiveness, esp. toward the world at large and including oneself: the power-mad nihilism that marked Hitler's last years.
4. Philosophy.
a. an extreme form of skepticism: the denial of all real existence or the possibility of an objective basis for truth.
b. nothingness or nonexistence.

5. (sometimes initial capital letter) the principles of a Russian revolutionary group, active in the latter half of the 19th century, holding that existing social and political institutions must be destroyed in order to clear the way for a new state of society and employing extreme measures, including terrorism and assassination.
6. annihilation of the self, or the individual consciousness, esp. as an aspect of mystical experience.

Out of the 6 definitions, only one pertains to Jon's. Thought I'd mention that.

To say the truth I did not know all the definitions, but I still stand by what I said for each and every definition. And again, I have not read the actual story so it may have a nihilistic feel to it.
